In an effort to follow the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), the Township has suspened all in-person appointments until further notice.
Residents of Schaumburg Township having income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for services. A $30.00 copay may be charged for adult visits. Children's services are free. Residents who have dental insurance are not eligible to participate in the program.
Dental care is provided by the NCH staff dentist and hygienist, UIC College of Dentistry students, volunteer dentists and hygienists.
