Property Tax 2021 Exemption Forms Available

Property Tax 2021 Exemption Forms are now available. New homeowners, older adults, veterans and people with disabilities can apply for qualifying exemptions now at the Township of Schaumburg! Seniors who qualify must be born in 1956 or earlier. For each exemption, you must apply if you did not receive the exemption in the last tax year. For qualifications, check cookcountyassessor.com/exemptions or call our Assessor’s Office at 847-884-0030. We are open to help with exemption applications Monday-Friday from 8:30-5pm.
