The Township of Schaumburg Highway Department has authority to clear driveway aprons only. Under no circumstance will an employee plow entire driveway.

Upon entering into this program you must:

• Provide proof of eligibility. Drivers license, State I.D., etc.
• Understand that the roadways are our first priority. After the entire road network is cleared of all snow, and after the snow stops falling, then your apron will be cleared of the "hump" that is created by our snow removal operations.
• Procedure does not include salting of apron.
• Hold harmless and indemnify Schaumburg Township from and against any and all liability, obligations, losses, claims and damages whatsoever, regardless of cause thereof except those resulting from Schaumburg Township's intentional acts, and expenses in connection therewith, including, without limitation, counsel fees and expenses, penalties and interest arising out of or as the result of the entering into this Agreement; agree that the indemnification arising under this paragraph shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
