Senior Citizens Invited to Join Senior Shape-Up Classes at Schaumburg Township

Studies continue to prove that older people - even in their eighties - can improve their lives with regular exercise, which is why Schaumburg Township Senior Services is offering senior shape-up exercise classes at the township.  The 45-minute exercise class will be taught by an instructor from the YMCA every Tuesday and Friday from 10:00-10:45 am, in the Schaumburg Township's activity center, 1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates. 

The instructor will specifically focus on exercise for seniors and all levels are welcome.  The cost is $35 for 10-class punch card.
