Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

Requesting a Public Record

The Township of Schaumburg requires any person requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (5 ILCS 140/), do so by filling out a Request for Public Record Form. All requests must be submitted by mail, personal delivery, fax or email.
