2011 Committee Meeting Agenda

The Board of Town Trustees have developed various committees whose members include both staff and officials.  These committees are used to provide information and possible recommendation to the Board on a specific topic.  A committee meeting may convene as long as it provides a 48 hour notice to the public.  The committee meetings are open to the public. 

2011 Committee Meeting Minutes

Committee meetings are not regular scheduled meetings.  Minutes are approved at the committee meeting when held.  Due to this reason minutes may take longer than 30 days to become approved.  Once minutes are approved they will be posted no later than 30 days after approval.
