The combined Clerk's Office/Administrative
Services Office provides a variety of services for Township residents, is
custodian of all records, and acts as a clearing house for other departments.
Services offered include:

Vehicle Stickers: Vehicle Stickers are now
available. The change has been made to accommodate seniors and others who find
it difficult to apply a sticker in the cold winter weather. Cook County vehicle
stickers are required for those who live in the unincorporated portion of the
Township. New stickers are available for purchase through the Township Clerk's
office.
Notary Public Service: Notary public
service is available free of charge to Schaumburg Township residents in the Town
Clerk's office.
Illinois Fishing and Hunting Licenses:
Illinois Fishing and Hunting licenses are no longer available at the Township
Clerk's Office. Contact your local sports store for these licenses.
Passport: For more information on obtaining
a passport, click here.
Request for Public Records: The Township of
Schaumburg requires any person requesting information under the Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) (5 ILCS 140/), do so by filling out a
Request for Public
Record Form. This form MUST be signed, and all fees must be paid by cash or
check/money order on the date information is received.
