Seniors Strength and Conditioning

The Township hosts strength and conditioning classes for seniors who want to build muscle and strength. Classes are every Monday and Friday at 11 am. Each class is $5 and registration is required as space is limited to 12. Allison Hernandez, owner of Victory Fitness and certified trainer, is the instructor for this all-levels class.
