Senior Citizens Invited to Join Senior Shape-Up Classes at Schaumburg Township

Studies continue to prove that older people - even in their eighties - can improve their lives with regular exercise, which is why Schaumburg Township Senior Services is offering senior shape-up exercise classes at the township.  The 45-minute exercise class will be taught by an instructor from the YMCA every Tuesday and Friday from 10:00-10:45 am, in the Schaumburg Township's activity center, 1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates. 

The instructor will specifically focus on exercise for seniors and all levels are welcome.  The cost is $35 for 10-class punch card. Announcing the Schaumburg Township Discount Prescription Card

We're proud to announce the arrival of the Schaumburg Township Discount Prescription Card.  This FREE card is available to individuals and families of any age, insured or not insured.  This is not insurance.  The discount card simply allows you to purchase prescriptions (brand or generic) at a discounted rate.  Sometimes better than the rate offered by insurance.  It will also allow you discounts on labs and imaging.
